  • ​Counseling & Mentoring Capabilities: A strong ability to counsel and mentor individuals is at the core of this role. You'll be helping people explore their potential and set achievable career goals.
  • ​Team Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Our work often involves collaboration, so your skills in coordinating with teams and managing various stakeholders will be highly valued.
  • ​Ability to Work with Diverse Youth & Community Groups: Nirmaan.org works with a wide range of individuals from different backgrounds. Empathy, understanding, and adaptability are key.
  • ​Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Local Regional Language: To ensure effective communication and reach, proficiency in these languages is essential.
